Anyone know who these guys are?? They are backdooring all our deals. They are outright calling us naming files we submitted to other funders saying that they are trying to cut out the broker. Foolish part is they are calling the ISO not the merchant. Anyone else seeing this with them? Seems to be a major leak.

If they are getting your files then the so called funders you are sending it to is sending them the files. Hopefully you can narrow it down and stop using that funder. That will never happen here at my company. We do not believe in that and the employees that have access to the files pretty much been with the company for years and we keep a tight watch on any new employess that have access to all the files. There's probably a broker at Royal on the receiving end but whoever's sending them out to Royal are the ones backdooring your files.

Yes had them and launchpad send in submissions with different iso applications. We don't accept submission unless they have there own application.

I know the owner is the same as Emmy capital group (they have numerous white labels, one of which is supreme funding). The royal platform funds 120 140 day deals where as Emmy caps at 100 days.
