Boost Connect Rates - Tips for Better Lead Engagement

    Struggling to connect with leads?

It might not be your data—it's often your tech stack. Here are some free tips to help drive your connect rates!

    1. Check for A-attested DIDs with your service provider.

    2. Segment mobile and landline numbers for better calling - Mobile use Answering Machine Detection (AMD), Landline dont use AMD.

    3. Set up auto-recycling for unresponsive leads.

    4. Dont over-dial your lists - give it time to rest and circle back to it.

    5. Don't hesitate to recycle not interested leads regularly - I recommend every 14 days.

A common question we get is what's the difference in the classes of DID attestation. Here is a breakdown of the three levels, which level A representing the highest rank.

    A-Attested DIDs:
    - A-attested DIDs involve the highest level of attestation.
    - They are verified by multiple major carriers, trusted sources, ensuring a rigorous validation process.
    - Provide the highest level of assurance regarding identity verification.

    B-Attested DIDs:
    - B-attested DIDs are verified by a single trusted source.
    - Offer a moderate level of assurance.
    - Provide a balance between security and convenience.

    C-Attested DIDs:
    - C-attested DIDs involve the lowest level of attestation.
    - They are verified by self-attestation or less trusted sources.
    - Often used for non-critical or low-risk transactions.
    - Offer the lowest level of assurance regarding identity verification.

A attested DIDs do cost more, however, you receive DIDs that have been legitimized by major carriers. Overall, A-Attested DIDs provide security, reputation, and compliance, making them a preferred choice amongst our MCA accounts.

Great breakdown on this, Sylesh. Everyone that has a sales floor and is dependent upon successful outreach in this space needs to contact their phone service provider to confirm their DID attestation grading. I personally receive calls from brokerages nearly every day and just about all of them arrive as 'Spam Risk or Scam Likely.' I have no special apps or settings on my phone to detect this. It's a default carrier recognition. The obvious impact is less contact rate, less production. Thank you for your post on this important topic.
