If you can obtain all data that shows that they are cash flowing from an EBIDA standpoint and then hyperfocus on the assets that you can use for secure financing this sounds like a file that might have legs for Secured Financing aka ABL.
Secondly, if they show enough in top line revenue, gross profit margins, proper debt, proper equity, and have financials in order I could take to my institutional lenders to obtain 1-3Mil in 4-14 business days.
