Business Banking & Lower Middle Market Deals

What are some common and unique channels brokers use to source clientele for Business Banking & Lower Middle Market deals? Annual revenues of $500k - $15MM let’s say. If anyone could suggest even sources for research related to private companies in this revenue bracket in the U.S. & Canada that would be helpful. I don’t expect users to open the golden faucet here, however, if you can share what works/doesn’t work in sourcing these types of sized deals, it would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

This is the response I was looking for. Are there any other sources that come to mind? Have you ever tried sourcing through social media advertising (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)?

I'm well-connected with RMs for senior-funded debt facilities at large banks. However, I was looking for ways to source clients needing business financing $100M - $10MM. Whether it be RLOCs, Equipment Loans, CRE Loans, Acquisitions, Derivative-based hedges, etc. I wanted to receive some advice on how and where brokers typically source deals from. Let me know your thoughts.

You can buy access to B2B platforms that have data on large size companies like this for you to cold call. Zoominfo is good, they have intent data so if they were looking for SBA etc it would show when they expressed intent on that topic.

Its rather pricey but youll get direct contact info of the C-suite, firmographics like annual revs, employee count etc.
