I have a client looking to partner up with an investor as follows:

Option A: Investor buys the hotel for $245,000 cash (close in 7days), then offer it back to client with 20% down seller financing.
Option B: Client puts up $85,000 cash, investor puts $160,000 cash, & yall start a new entity LLC, splitting accordingly.
