There are several solid options, it really depends on your technology stack budget allocation. Centrex, in particular is an industry specific solution and backed by a reliable team.

The Augutech MCA predictive dialer seamlessly integrates with all leading CRMs, offering features such as automatic lead creation and click-to-call functionality!

I would use Close + Fundmore:

    https://www.close.com/
    • stores leads, contacts, and opportunities
    • built-in power/predictive dialer
    • SMS and email workflows
    • best for client communication/outreach

    https://fundmore.io/
    • stores deals, submissions, approvals, and advances
    • syncs applications/statements in automatically
    • matches funders by criteria, submits to multiple at once via email
    • best for internal deal management and marketing attribution

@Moneygreen I would love to hear your feedback on why you believe a company should not use Centrex with an exclamation point.

@Smurf I have been in the finance dedicated software space my entire career and anyone on this forum knows that my opinion is always the same when someone comes on asking about CRM or finance tech. Start with what you value the most in a piece of technology. Buying tech because you think you need it will get you down the wrong road quickly. Do you value the ability to do as much as you can in one place? Do you value a big brand name? Do you value support within the United States or overall really good quality support? Do you value features and strong diversity in integration partners? Do you value strong reporting or monitoring tools? Do you value a budget? Etc etc etc...

There is a lot that goes into building a good quality ecosystem for your staff and your customers using tech. What does your picture perfect ecosystem look like and find a solution that meets those needs or at least most of those needs. Centrex may not be the right choice depending on what you value. Maybe SalesForce isn't either. I can guarantee you that if you do not start off with thinking about a foundational tech strategy that is based on your values, you will learn the hard way switching systems multiple times. Nothing kills growth momentum faster than changing your operational tech foundations.

As it relates to Centrex, we have a ton of tech all under one roof for both brokers, funders, and syndicates. We are absolutely worth a look as are the other platforms in the industry.

MCA Simplified CRM is the way to go.

All in one. No need to have multiple different software to do your job. We are meant mainly for brokers, but funders with a sales team can benefit as well.

If you need a CRM just for funding, then some of the ones above might be beneficial.

Other than that, we have everything you would need from SMS/Email/Dialing to lead management/tracking.

All campaigns and marketing tools are prebuilt and easily customizable.

No overpriced costs, and no setup fees.

    Easy, simple, and straightforward.

Reach out for a quick demo or try us out with a free trial.

I personally love Zoho, its SF light with tons of 3rd party apps. Several modules to customize based on your product / services and processes. Also finding a dev is cheap / easy.

Zoho's API is flexible. The application is cost effective and easily customizable.

We've built several Zoho integrations for brokers!
