I am direct to a Canadian lender. Here are their parameters: "We currently provide construction financing in Atlantic Canada (Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland & Labrador). We provide mortgage lending in Ontario as well but only for standard purchase, refinance, equity take-out. Not yet for construction (progress-draw).

I’ve also provided general information regarding our lending guidelines. FYI - Our “Urban” markets primarily include: Halifax Regional Municipality, Moncton, Fredericton, Saint John, Charlottetown, St. John’s.
