    need 150k, has 3 million dollars worth of property

    Former Business owner needs money to start his new restaurant/bar. He has been in the restaurant and bar business for 25 years. He just sold his last restaurant/bar a few months ago.

    He has already but 100k into his new restaurant/bar, has building already, business plan and menu.

    Proprieties. Value/Amount owed
    2.5million/650k
    450k/150k
    450k/280k

    I he put $100k in already? And breakdown the value/amount owed- commercial property? State?

    He is in Florida. Two of the properties are in Florida. The 2.5 million one is in NYC. I stated the value n amount owed previously. They are commercial properties. Yes he has already invested 100k into his new project.
