Many of you have called me about loans outside the MCA arena.

Many have posted about getting another position for merchant who have 2+ stacked MCA's now.

Any many of you have complained amount my suggesting you look into getting something better than an MCA for a merchant...by doing a better job of discovery. (I don't make any money, blah, blah, )

so - heres my challenge to you all...

Get a stacked merchant that needs another position and let's have a conference call with you, me and the merchant Let's see if I can do some discover, determine options and set a new direction that might be a better alternative, than another stacked MCA.

Maybe we take out a stacked position if good cash flow
Maybe we try a term loan, SBA loan
Maybe a Hard money real estate loan with equity
Maybe cash out on owned equipment
Maybe a Personal loan based on personal tax return
Maybe a Heloc based on their primary residence
Asset based lending based on A/R A/R inventory, etc.
Maybe you need a developer deal - maybe horizontal and/or vertical
Accounting services or virtual CFO to fix their finances so they can qualify for something better. They may know their products but so many don't know how to run their businsses.

Maybe you can listen and learn.

For too many of them - their finances are a mess and need overhauling.

So maybe I am your new back office underwriter...
