    Real Leaseback

    Anyone do equipment/truck leaseback no matter if they have low credit and a dismissed BK?

    If the equipment will appraise above 500k that is in our wheelhouse. We will loan 80 percent of the appraised liquidating value of the equipment for a 5 year term loan.

    Reach out to Tony...I've gotten 100% financing with 585 Fico so I'm sure he can do something

    He does sale/leasebacks and funds within a week.

    I just read that again...dismissed BK isn't the same as discharged BK.

    Some lenders look at that and think it could be refiled anytime...

    I have a great (and SERIOUS) loan equipment lender (who does all types of creative funding on equipment, sale leasebacks on manufacturing, distribution type of equipment) and who really only cares that you pay them... but... only does loans for $1MM up.

    Appraisal needed to ensure loan is over $1MM.

    Closes in like 2-4 weeks from time of initial discussion, to appraisal, to close.
