Will any lenders offer an ISO agreement to an independent broker?
I've always pondered the idea of being an individual, unaffiliated broker -- keeping the entirety of commissions earned on deals is certainly an enticing prospect. My question is: which, if any, lenders would be willing to work with an independent broker? Establishing reputability/viability seems to be the biggest hurdle in terms of going solo. Any advice regarding how to go about this would be greatly appreciated.
