Nsf mess!
I've got a client who's top notch in every respect save for a 50% underwater rate in December. Does Five mil, good score, has money out now....but the neg days and NSF's are a killer. I'm not looking to give this file away, but if someone legitimately can fund the multiple NSF's, I'd be willing to discuss....otherwise I'll wait until I have the Jan statement and can fund then....maybe.

How many days end with a negative balance during the month? Are items being returned/rejected or is the bank paying them and just hitting them with a fee? What type of business? What is their balance with the competitor?

NSF's are one thing...bounced checks are another story.
Count the bounced/returned checks and let us know that.
Is January starting off the same way?
