I have a merchant who does 1.5 mill gross sales. Is currently stacked to the gold. Combined 36k in outstanding funding with Yellowstone and Pearl. Also has funding with Fora.
Looking to consolidate all three. Banks and tx returns are strong.
I know the big guys won't do anything. Anyone have a suggestion?

We consolidate positions all the time and the client does not have to net any minimum percentage. We will require real estate as collateral for a consolidation deal.

Does the merchant have real estate we can use as collateral?

I can help IF the Merchant can net 50%......if their balance is $36k and they are depositing $70-75k+ on a regular basis and their bank balances are decent (No NSFs). They must also (obviously) be up-to-date with their payments.
