500k average monthly gross, needs to consolidate.

Borrower came to us with 4 positions owing $390k, paying about $4,800 per day. Would like to consolidate these positions.

Banks are good, credit is solid as well. Grosses about $5MM per year.

We funded a merchant 800k paying off 350k netting them 450k. Their credit was around 760 and they were grossing around 21million a year. I know the client is only grossing 5mill a year but I can see if we could consolidate all or maybe knock 2 or 3 out. If you'd like to discuss further please feel free to contact me.

We consolidate positions all the time and the client does not have to net any minimum percentage. We will require real estate as collateral for a consolidation deal. Does the merchant have real estate we can use as collateral?
