Yes, I believe they are dialing through the yellow pages and their outside sales team is door knocking. At least that was the case the last time I updated my ISO lead spreadsheet.

I'm not sure if their shop has a backdoor, It's a high rise office so if I had to guess you probably have to enter and exit through the front.
