Depending on each file basis we fund A through some D paper. We fund 1st positions on if there is room for more positions. We will payoff a position maybe 2 to even become a stack position. We do cc splits. We have a adjustable ach for seasonal business. Our first position renewals are true add ons where we just extend the old term out longer kind of like a line of credit of sorts.

You just need to email us the application and 4 months of bank statements for us to underwrite a file.
