    Construction Loan 8mm-10mm , ZERO Debt on property

    Hello,

    I have a client whos looking for a construction loan from anywhere between 8-10mm , approved plans in long branch, NJ for anyone thats familiar with the area. 14 unit townhomes , 30 days out from commencement. If this is something you can do, or know someone that can do this, please pm me or call me at (929)-224-2334

    It's land that almost shovel ready for construction.
