    Hello! We have a partner buy-out for an established business of 10 years. Info below:

    Monthly Revenue: 200k
    Credit Score: 600
    Loan Amount: 800k.
    Term: 24-month minimum MCA

    Is the sole use of funds the buyout or are they seeking additional capital that's more growth oriented? Are they profitable? I have a bunch of other questions hah, probably best to discuss directly. Will drop you a note. Cheers
