Can you tell me more about the file please? Caashflow? Collateral? Are they in judgements or just defaults?

No negative days usual 1K balance or better, no collateral just an mca and it was a default that was settled in 2021

most vital piece of info here is how long it took him to satisfy. many funders will at least consider the file if under 12 months. pandemic default satisfied in 2021, could have been 5,6 months, also could have been 18 months.

if credit isn't great id recommend east shore & capitalize.

They will do defaults if the story makes sense on the "why." If it's truly pandemic-related and they didn't do something like avoid payments on purpose, but they have an otherwise good business going? Discuss it with Jason.

We consider previous defaults, whether they occurred during the pandemic or at any other time, so long as the balance has been paid off or is currently under a payment plan.

We would not fund 100% of monthly credit card receipts.

    Thanks for the shoutout.

This looks like something we can do though we'll probably start with a lower amount. Please submit the deal to charles@capitalizegroup.com and mention this thread.
