Looking For an ABL that will take a Second Lien

I have a client with an investment property that is looking for an ABL that will come in at a 2nd. WBL doesn't work in their state. Any suggestions on other AB Lenders?

    Is it commercial property?
    State where located?
What's the balance on the first and the rate and term?
How much cash out do they need?
Current market value of the property?

Total combined LTV would for us would have to be under 65% and the min loan amount 500k.

The state is Arizona, and both properties have a LTV higher than 70. Between the to locations there is about $400K+ in equity.
