    I have several lenders that can do acquisitions....SBA can do it at 90% financing. You can do SBA 7A or SBA 504 if property is involved. Buyer needs to have experience in management and in the industry. Will need collateral.

    They already tried that. Company showed a loss last year and they were denied.

    I have lenders outside SBA, including private money - Can combined operations show improved revenue and profitability? Does the deal make sense? Did you use a bank or non bank SBA lender?
