Since merchant is a solid credit risk, why would you try to secure MCA $$$?

Better options are available or at least should be according to your post.

I'm confused....he just got equipment financing and you want a 2nd position? Your post makes no sense. Let me try and clarify. Your merhant wants $200k - $300K in financing. He has A paper. How does current equipment financing have anything to do with this? You need help with someone who can explain business financing to you other than MCA.

This merhant could probably qualify for a term loan - 5 years or a SBA loan - 10 years. Again there's no such thing as a 2nd position on equipment financing. We need to do some discovery to determine what is the need and for what do they qualify...

Reach out and maybe I can ask some questions to point you in the right direction, because this doesn't seem to be the right course of action.
