7/7 apps last week stacked to hell...

Overdraft fees out the window. Negative days more than half the month.

You guys are going to gut and drive your own industry into the ground. And ironically it's because of that "No Regulation" you've argued against for so long.

It's not enough that the big banks are agreeing not to stack on each other. New funds are popping up every day it seems and they'll take whatever they can get.

7 out of 7 apps I can't go anywhere with.

Remember, UCC leads already have or had existing advances. They will only entertain you if
    1) they are really pissed off at their current fund/broker
    2) you can get them substantially better than what they already have
    3) they messed up with someone else and they think they can sneak in without detection with you
    4) they didn't get enough and they are open to stacking

    3 suggestions:

    -Stop calling beat up UCC's
-If you must call UCC's work with the source
-Work with a company that knows how to pull UCC's that aren't stacked.

Right. I've been making a living off UCC's only. Cold calling non-ucc's has always been a waste of time for me ... or you wait for the merchant to finally come around and close, when you could have closed however many ucc leads in that same time.

What are the other options and what works?

Let him keep calling all the UCCs. Most of my leads have never taken out a cash advance

I've gotten non-UCC leads through in-bound dialer, Linked In and referrals. I'd say probably about 50%-60% of my clients started as UCC leads and the rest become UCC Leads! Let's face it; they are an absolute gold mine, especially if you are a smaller shop who can't afford to spend $50,000+ on Marketing every month. What else is there that will give you even close to that kind of volume? Cold Calling is, generally speaking still a viable option, but getting more difficult as time goes on. I love LinkedIn from a quality perspective but that takes time. In order to get referrals you must build and maintain a client base, also very time consuming. It is important to develop ISOs/Referral Agents but a lot of what they send you are Merchants they found on a UCC list. So, what else is there?

For MCA Salespeople with less than a year of experience how can you not UCCs? What else can you use to build a pipeline within 3-6 months? I'd love to hear everyone's opinion on this, but I honestly don't see how we can afford to completely disregard UCCs.

I don't think anyone here said to completely disregard UCC's. What is being said is that you can't focus completely on them and then get upset when you get a run of packages that don't qualify because they stacked. If you are focusing on UCC's then you are going to be dealing with deals that are harder to get approved.
