Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Organization Representative to exclusively focus on expanding our presence in the Merchant Cash Advance industry through effective engagement with brokers. Responsibilities:

Broker Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brokers in the Merchant Cash Advance industry.
Serve as the primary point of contact for broker inquiries and support.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through broker channels.
Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets within the broker network.
Communication and Collaboration:
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our Merchant Cash Advance products and services to brokers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processes for broker transactions.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions within the broker community.
Utilize market intelligence to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards in all broker-related activities.
Work closely with compliance teams to address any issues and maintain a high level of integrity in broker relationships.
Qualifications:

Proven track record in sales, specifically within the Merchant Cash Advance industry and with a focus on broker relationships.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with brokers and other key stakeholders.
Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding targets and KPIs.
Knowledge of financial products, particularly Merchant Cash Advances.
Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
