    That's a difficult market.

    I have lenders for those situations that I can refer you to but need to find out your skillset in handling those kinds of deals.

    For example - I have about 6 different primary SBA lenders. All depends on the scenario, industry, etc. And their guidelines change...I had a trucking deal fund in November for $800,000 that same lender can't do now. However I just spoke with the VP of another SBA lender who said he CAN do it. Markets and guidelines shift all the time.

    I'd be glad to help but I may need to hold your hand on the deals.

    Just don't know your experience level.
