Holdback Percentage
Is there a general rule of thumb when it comes to the common 30% holdback percentage as it seems to be most frequently used number for many funders?
Is there a certain reason for this number?
Thanks in advance! (no pun intended)

Literally each deal has its own blueprint/dna that UW should be using to price that specific deal. portfolios take a 7% hit (in my opinion) anytime rule of Rule of thumb are being used.
