Go on Fiverr...find a Excel wizard and make one of your own based off a funder pricing calculator like Credibly.

You could just have an excel chart that populates all information based on sell rate, term, etc and then you can copy and paste it into an email.
A merchant isn't going to go with you because you had a pretty excel. They are going with you because you have the best offer, trust, or simply better at following up.
