But you were asking for mortgage bankers? I have couple dozen real estate lenders for full docs, DSCR, NpoDo and SISA property loans. All property types but primary residence. Including construction, development, etc.

Primary residence requires a licenses NMLS brokers for each state.

I do have a company that can do a Heloc on primary residence up to 85% LTV but needs 660 Fico.
