Congrats! That 132K is still a significant amount so I know everyone did some heavy underwriting.
Good luck to you guy's and the other funders in on this one.

Congrats! My only concern is that it is never of good fortune to brag about funding a big deal as many on here remember a big deal that was funded a while back and discussed on another forum only a few months before finding out it went bad for a few million dollars.

Transparency wont cause a deal to go bad, it comes down to underwriting on all sides. A deal could go bad for many reasons, posting it on a forum should not be one of them.

IMO, this industry will grow larger the more transparent it becomes.

I'm sure it was worth the 2 year wait

Isaac, what type of marketing program is giving you guy's at YSC/YSCW the highest ROI on new business? (SEO/SEM, lead list purchase, mailers, dialers, UCC's, even taking in consideration iso apps etc.)
And what would you say the default rates are for you guy's for deals you syndicate vs. deals that are not syndicated?

We do all PPC/SEO and a little bit of email blasting...we have alot of brokers that send us their files they can not get funded elsewhere...which is perfect because that is what we specialize in...I would say our internal default rate is slightly higher then our default rate with outside funders.

4.5 years of heavy marketing gets you alot of email address's, buying lists is very dangerous...they are all full of spam traps and stuff like that will get your IP blacklisted fast
