Clover Advance is a high-risk company in the Merchant Cash Advance Industry that is operating on false pretenses and deceptive practices. Merchants are being funded with 20% FEES taken from the funding amount, overleveraging accounts, and making it impossible for merchants to "get out" of their situation and being told to renew as a result.

Merchant payments are being pulled 10+ days after the end of their payment terms and the Merchants are not able to reach out to anyone until the fund is willing to extend another advance to them.

It's worse than just the 30% fees, they also send fake loc docs and make the merchant pay off early with fees and still keep pulling payments bc the merchant thinks he's getting a great loc, it's just a scam from beginning to end, the merchants really need to call the bank which Clover uses to fund and get them shut down and get all their money back
