I have several lenders who can do that....but is it full docs, DSCR, SISA or NoDoc? Reach out. Is it vacant or rented?

Most of the loans I do are 10 year Interest Only, then 20 year amortized....I prefer to stay away from bridge loans unless it's a quick sell with no prepay.
