After extensive discussions and careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to make significant adjustments to our service offerings due to ongoing challenges with our carriers.

What's Changing?
Starting on Friday, November 24, 2023, at noon, we will be implementing changes that will affect the sending permissions on most financial services accounts. Please note that this change will not restrict your access to your accounts, messages, or any other relevant information. However, it is essential to be aware that our support line will be closed.

Why Is This Happening?

Our upstream carriers have expressed concerns regarding the use of our services within the financial industry. They have strongly urged us to transition to other use cases. We have advocated for our financial services clients tirelessly, but unfortunately, we have come to the difficult decision to discontinue our operations within the financial services industry.

Can Some Accounts Be Retained?

Yes, a very select group of our customers who have demonstrated compliance with opt-in requirements have already been contacted and will be allowed to continue using our platform. We understand that this decision may be disappointing for many, but it has been made after careful consideration.

Will Switching Platforms Be an Option?

Our carriers have informed us that other SMS providers in the industry will also face similar restrictions in the near future. In fact, eight competing platforms have already been affected by these recent issues. We recognize the challenges this presents and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Can I Rejoin the Platform?

At present, our platform is not accepting financial services new sign-ups. However, if circumstances change, we encourage you to join our waiting list, and we will keep you updated on any developments.
We understand that this news may raise questions and concerns. Please know that we deeply appreciate your trust and support throughout our journey together. If you have any immediate concerns or require assistance, please reach out to us before Friday, November 24, 2023.

What about my balance?

If there is any pending balance after Friday on your Entrance account, we will be refunding this balance to the default card on file. We urge you to NOT dispute any payments as this hurts us tremendously, if there is something specific we can assist with, please send us an email to support@entrancegrp.com with the subject of Billing Inquiry
