Yall are terrible. You dont even pull credit until the end of the process. Giving 6-8 month deals without running credit, get all the stips in for from the ISO and you kill it for low FICO even after you do the funding call and bank verification. I never heard of something so dumb when it comes to an UW process.

You are right running credit gets expenses especially when deals are not declined due o credit and 97% of the offers are not sold. But that is part of being the funder and not waiting time to kill the offer last minutes. This is why funders that do run credit need to charge admin fees to cover the cost of all the credit reports and everything else.
