Anyone know who launchpad is?
Need to track down who Launchpad is associated with. Luna Martinez or ZACHARY SHERMAN.

They are getting files from a lender. Launchpad has my files that I never sent to them. Trying to find out how they got my files and before anyone says to have proof I have emails and text from my cousin that I submitted. Luna from Launchpad called with his banks and information she said she was from underwriting wanting to get a balance on his ondeck.
She also called 4 more of my files.

Put fake numbers on your applications that lead back to you.
If you suspect a specific lender, pick out a unique number and only use that on their submissions.
You will know pretty quickly.
Also, don't forget to look inwards and check your processing team, admin team, and anyone with your CRM access. Oftentimes it's internal and not an external leak -- so make sure to clean house before you point fingers.Zachary Ramirez – CEO

Once you find out which funder back doored your file i hope you cut them off. This is one of the issues with this industry. If you are looking for a good funder and rep that hates stuff like this and will never do that feel free to reach out to me. Originally Posted by Fundthis!
