That's my point exactly. Merchants should be offered the best loan products for their needs and most brokers ignore SBA loans because:
They don't pay any commission to speak of..(read first post above)
They always get denied (I get 90% of my SBA loans funded)
They require too much paperwork. (I handle it all with the lender and your client)
The secret is examing all the documents to see if they qualify. And what collateral is needed.Last edited by Olderguy; 11-27-2023 at 01:45 PM.
