    200-300k/m/ Neg history/ high deposit vol./looking for 1st

I have a merchant in manufacturing that does about 200-300k/m avg. Stacked through the roof a wile back that forced a default. Looking to build back lending history. Any suggestions for a first? TIA

Never a garbage bin icon around when you need one Elon...

Get accounting services team involved to clarify the financials and work towards fixing them

We can look at asset based lending

    A/R aging
    Review A/P
    Inventory
    Equipment
    Any property

Fiancially restructure to get them where they need to go.

Would/Could take several steps or phases...

Reach out....we need to see the full picture and have accounting services look at all the financials to point you in the proper direction.

You seem to pitch financial transformation services a lot. Do you have a concrete plan on how to make money?
Unless you are doing it in-house, its a lot of money spent before a broker makes money & then you have a slew of hurdles that you need to pass to get paid.

Its a very profitable strategy if you actually understand the strategy behind it

If the UCCs are out and the MCAs are finished, and there's no factor in first place, get a factor in there. A factor is basically a self-dissolving LOC

It's gets them in the door so we can do multiple types of instruments to help them run their businesses.....equipment, term loans, real estate, factoring, etc. And it can be concurrent to get them immediate cash like ABL instead of just MCA.

I am a bit unique as I don't have any debt, don't need to worry about money or overhead and don't need to make decisions on how much I can make on a deal, but do what is in the best interests of the client.

And yes you don't make any money to speak of on accounting services but that's the direction this industry will be evolving into....

It's an overseas team....might cost a minimum of $2,500 a month...we get 10% to split...but it's renewal every month and it leads to bigger opportunities.

Doesn't necessarily matter for ABL and other options. Needs fixing by professionals.
