Who can fund north of 1M and really fund north of 1M and do a minimum of 11-12 month terms.

Big numbers are our specialty but if you're asking for 11-12 months as a MINIMUM it seems like you have a pretty complete list already.

I'm curious to know what type of business generates enough profit to be able to payoff $1M @ MCA Factor Rates or for that matter a
    Term Loan within 12 months.

Fast growing new businesses (under 2yrs old) in high growth industries? They exist.

I've seen compounding pharmacy group do $2M a month, Solar roofing $1M a month and Commercial landscaping / construction at 2M a month, they are out there. All things in common is that they are national companies, new businesses and aggressively expanding to new territories.

They have access to credit, just not large amounts in cash with loose UW and fast funding.
