Merchants Choice Financial
Has anyone else gotten screwed with this scummy broker shop?
Will not send back clawback on a deal we funded 10/18 and blocked payments on 10/23 (and they double stacked the deal)
We send out commissions same day and funded a deal in the past with these guys.
We reached out multiple times and all we got were excuse after excuse.
We debited their account and they R29'd the clawback.
We sent lawyer letters.
Filing suit.
Just wondering if theres anyone else who has been scammed by these guys.
I saw a thread where they ran 6 chargebacks on their lead source.

luckily was smaller deal and got an account frozen in collections from merchant
we just chalk it up and cut them off asap
