2nd position 9 or 12 month deal other than IOU or Quarterspot

I have a slam dunk merchant. Great credit, been in business since 2008, deposits 75k/month, average balances 15k and up. He has On deck and is looking for a 2nd position for 9 or 12 months. IOU will not touch him because he does not meet their minimum 15 deposits a month policy. He deposits between 10-13 times a month. Quarterspot will not touch him because he is located in California and they dont do business there. Is there anyone else out there that will give him a 2nd position for 9 to 12 months other than IOU or Qarterspot?

we have 2nds that will go to 12 months. they are credit score driven

Does IOU have closing costs in their contract (other than usual admin fees etc) ?

How about a 2-5 year term loan. 10-19% rate with monthly payments.
