Elevate doesn't do a credit check and they offer splits. Quikstone will do a thorough underwriting to figure out why the credit is so bad, but they could do it.

I do cc splits but with sub 500 credit it may get declined depending on why it is sub 500. If we give an offer it may be a max term of 2-3 months to start. Fell free to reach out to me.

Based on his credit that seems about the right offer. If he wanted more money he should of paid his bills and kept his credit above 500 lol.
