I have a merchant who has a bankruptcy dismissal that was done to get rid of a partner, never filed but was dismissed. Merchant is doing 800,000.00 a month, 90,000 in credit cards. Merchant is in the vehicle auto protection industry which has made it tough, has a 530 credit score and is looking to get 100,000+.Been in business 3+ years. Please help! Thanks

You need to have someone get on a conference with the merchant and go through the process. The underwriter needs to have a clear understanding- not just send a packet of documents. PM and I will give you a contact of someone that can help you get something more substantial that works.
