The Inside Sales position is an amazing opportunity to join a flourishing organization, grow with the role and make an impact. The role requires you to be able to balance multiple tasks simultaneously by leveraging your dynamic interpersonal skills and goal oriented attitude to close transactions. You will focus on engaging interested customers (no cold calling) and utilizing empathy and consultative selling skills to build trust in order to educate our customers on the benefits of extending their warranties. The ideal candidate:

A proactive self-starter, highly independent, motivated and resourceful to reach and exceed sales goals while achieving a high level of customer satisfaction
Ability to build quick rapport with existing customers using your assertiveness and confidence to educate them on the value of extending their consumer service plan with CPS
A closer with the ability to manage multiple customers concurrently, utilizing problem-solving strategies to best position CPS’ products and services
An effective communicator with a strong phone presence and the ability to proficiently engage customers through disciplined outbound call activity and email; making 150+ calls a day is typical
Able and willing to quickly learn and master new technologies to develop a comprehensive knowledge of the company’s business model in order to answer all customer related inquiries
Able to update customer records both diligently and accurately
Able to thrive in a fast paced, fluid operating environment
Demonstrated a track record of success in previous business and/or academic settings
