Do they have senior debt already? if not (or if so and they want to get a new senior lender to increase their credit facility), is the client already factoring? Because that's going to be the fastest route for sure. If they're not interested in notifications, there's other options, but they take much longer. Rate sensitive has a very wide range. Quick money isn't cheap and cheap money isn't quick, that's generally the rule. But $5mm LOC is doable with the right lender. Email me, we can shoot he breeze about it.

Your client can have the best of BOTH worlds! How do they realistically expect to receive a nominal injection of monies at a bankable rate in a short duration?!?!?! I would manage expectations here and ensure that You do not waste your time if they are detached from reality.
I would also strongly suggest that you obtain full financials, assess lifecycle of all assets, better understanding on the use of funds, gross profit margins, and architect multiple products/instruments to most likely lead you to success.

Hey, I've got a working cap bridge product 2-3-year term. We can push to get it done in two weeks and can be in the low to mid-teens rate-wise. This is not an MCA-based program and has monthly payments with either mixed or fully amortized terms.
