Business Funding, fees from 1% per week*

We're veterans in the MCA space (2007 to be exact).

    Straight to the point:

    Funding up to 250K
Merchant controls the cost of the funds.
Cost of funds are as little as 1% per week.

Hold the funds for 10 weeks? 10% cost of capital.
Hold the funds for 12 weeks? 12% cost of capitall

Merchant must hold funds for a minium of 10 Weeks, but can payoff between week 10-23 (1% for each week he holds the funds).
Merchant paid off the account on Week 10 (paid 10%)?
He is elegile to get more funds the next day.
In order words, merchant only floats his own capital to close the account, as he is getting more funds the next day.

ISO Commissions can be paid up to 12% depends how the final deal is set up (closing fees, etc)

We are an MCA company, we offer a untraditional way to merchants (and brokers alike) to access captail.

Doesn't work for me on desktop. I'm not sure that it is besides the point. For me personally if someone wants me to send them deals a working website is the lowest hanging fruit as far as due diligence is concerned.

    Website is working.

The point was to introduce our new 1% per week funding - not get a lesson on websites.

the whole website policing that goes on here, is a bit silly IMO.

I know extremely well-run, honest places that have trash websites if any...

And I know of funders with very questionable practices at best... with stunning websites, that talk about... our mission blah blah........

    A lesson on websites?

If you've been in this space for over 10 years you should know what goes on in this industry and how carefully we have to vet every new "direct funder" that pops up on DF. You're website didn't work which was a red flag right from the get-go (and the website above didn't answer any questions or provide anything additional anyway).

    Good Luck!

This is 100% true. The website is not the end all be all and a nice looking website isn't going to be the thing that gets strangers to decide to send deals or not per se, but it's definitely a good place to start.

I guess our WIP website stole the show here, not the actual product which no one in our space offers.

If you reread my 1st post and would like to know more, DM or email!

Are you really not understanding that an active website might be important for brokers to feel comfortable and get to the next stage of their due diligence before sending you the deals that they worked hard to bring in??

Also unless i'm not understanding the product it's not new. It sounds very similar to Select Funding's special prepay program or Mulligans for that matter.

Website is getting revamped. I've been on this forum a long time.
I get your concerns, but I mentioned already, our tech team is revamping the site.

Mulligan & Select is great, but our program is not the same.

Any questions about the program, I'd be happy to answer.

Just wanted to share a deal we just did.

Merchant was assigned a 1% weekly fee

Merchant needed the money for 12 weeks (3 months), and wanted to close the account.

He paid 12% on the money (112K payment)

The broker upsold a "closing fee" of 3% for when the merchant pays off (so merhcant paid 12% + 3% closing fee)

Broker was paid 4% up front + the 3% closing fee, 7% total at the time of funding.
    For a 100K deal, payback 112K, 12 week deal, 1% per week.

Many ways to upsell elements of this program so the broker can earn higher commissions - all paid up front
