Micah I am a Multi cultural redneck who grew up fishing all over the united states and world, I have never once in my years heard someone use the word Pirk to describe that type of lure, nor does it even look like it'd be all that effective. unless you are fishing in crystal clear water smell works far better at attracting fish. A true pro uses dog food to get them bitting not a "pirk".
