Michael, you submitted 5 deals total the entire year of 2023. One every 3-4 months. None of which were approvable or anywhere near our funding guidelines.

If you don't submit consistently or don't convert you become inactive and your submissions do not get reviewed as we have to service the partners who do.

Well that just means we do not have a lot of Deals in your credit box so why we would submit more of our deals to you. But that's fine I respect your rules. If you made us inactive you could have simply said this and sent a notice according to your ISO Agreement, and noticed us that our account was inactive due to low submissions. We would not bother wasting your time or our time on sending deals to you at all. Why don't you tell us what line and Paragraph in your ISO agreement states the amount of submissions required to keep working with you? That's what contracts are for!
