I think its a great idea, but it shouldn't be done without proof. Lendbug will you post proof too? People will take you more seriously if you do.

    Lendbug:

What is your end game - what do hope to accomplish by airing your dirty laundry?

Merchant defaulted - Not good for your company or the broker
Who is at fault ? The Broker? You - Lendbug - who was the UW? Did they push the deal thru?
Did you stack the merchant? Merchant has a bad month of business.
Any number of reasons a merchant defaults.

BTW- Most ISO Agreements have a Non-Disclosure - Privacy Clause - Not a Lawyer, but did you violate Paragraph 12 of your ISO Agreement?

Posting someone's EIN# on a public forum is unprofessional and dangerous.

Eh if they truly had a default within the time frame of clawback, they deserve it. Very easy to send back. Also, not surprised by one of their names.

Every Florida company has their EIN as public information on the Sunbiz site. Not saying that this was right, but it's not a SSN.

Micah - Again you overload your brain - You are incorrect - You will find numerous listings as "Applied For" in the EIN

    or "None" Example below:

    FEI/EIN Number
    APPLIED FOR
    Date Filed
    10/29/2019

    State
    FL
    Status
    ACTIVE
    Last Event
    REINSTATEMENT
    Event Date Filed
    01/06/2023

    or:

    Document Number

    FEI/EIN Number
    NONE
    Date Filed
    05/01/2023
    Effective Date
    05/01/2023
    State
    FL
    Status

    or:

What about it - if you were to utilize our EIN incorrectly, fraudulently - their would be consequences.

Many companies have their EIN on their Invoices, not a big issue.

All I'm saying is that the EIN in FL is public, so obviously posting it on a public forum isn't as big of a deal as some people here want to make it seem like, like as if it was SSN or something.

You right on target - Sending financial documents thru free email accounts is far worse - IMO !
