Factoring would be the best, just not the fastest. Long term pays the best also. However, requires first position UCC.

There are a few CA brokers that will superbroker you with Credibly, IOU or Ondeck I'm sure

If they have strong daily balances i should be able to get that done. I will need tax returns do to the size of the deal and wholesalers profit margins are not that high so we need to see what the revnue is and what they can afford. My first position deals work kind of like a line of credit as well.
