Have you seen a funder say they are "high risk lenders" and also state they go out 180 days?

Do you see wynwood or mantis doing 180 day deals?

Have never seen a 180 day deal from them or anything longer than 70 days personally, but I have funded 2 deals with them. Was paid on the 1st which was a default deal that had a 1st pos. The 2nd was recently funded.
