That is a broad questions. Are they first position stacks. Competing based on rate term dollar amount. Getting merchant longer terms with a high gross reserve can hurt the merchants cash flow and having making payments. Then you will have trouble renewing the merchant.

It is not a broad question at all to ask who else will push out an offer on files similar to Vader. The answer though in general is nobody. There are NO other funders who can consistently compete with Vader that I've found. They are simply too big and can hedge risk more successfully. I've submitted to Lexio and did not find them even close to EBF/Vader. Maybe they've changed their guidelines though.

for the better/larger of these files:
    cfg
    flash advance
    torro

    for more beat up/micro
    mantis
    east shore
    mr adv

SPG as well but needs payment history unlike the other funders mentioned

But this is very true...between the funders i mentioned, if you were to send them all of your vader deals, I'd guess that vader is most aggressive/is the only offer about half the time.

East Shore communication is horrible and offers are often under market. If you send a deal make sure they have CC sales or some type of "recurring" receivable.

in my experience if you send them the right kind of deals that have truly collectable receivables they will be aggressive especially on term relative to competition.

We fund micro files as long as the merchant is netting 35k per month. (For non restricted SICs)

I want to clear the air about how we do things:

Communication: Sorry for any delays. We're actually faster at responding to emails than phone calls.

Credit Checks: Personal credit isn't an issue; we never check it. For deals above $50k, we might check business credit, but Merchant's personal credit report will stay untouched.

Background Checks: We're only looking for open judgments or bankruptcies. Past issues like defaults or terminated bankruptcies? Not a problem for us, as long as they're settled or Merchant is actively paying them off.

What We Care About: We focus on Merchant's recurring revenue. Whether Merchant has ongoing projects from a few regular clients, or the Merchant processes invoices or credit card payments, we're interested.

So if your Merchant has consistent revenue and clientele or payment processing, bad credit or previous bankruptcies won't stop us from considering your deal. It's all about showing the Merchant has a real and active business.

It's pretty bad but they're very polite and they pay on time which goes a long way in my book
